SEO EQ Snake Oil?
ColdFusionI have always been interested in the search engine relevance of any of my sites. I love to see one of my pages/posts returned in the top X of a Google search. So, in an effort to try to maximize my chances among the 11tybillion other guys like me, I have tried to keep an eye on various SEO tactics and findings.
The more I read about this topic, the more I am beginning to feel like search engine optimization is akin a shell game or something. Google has really improved the way sites are indexed in that content and useability win, the way it should be IMO.
My main tactics for getting good search engine rankings are:
- Fresh content
- Good URLs
- Good Site Links
